Ever since 2018, I’ve had the honor of serving clients throughout the Twin Cities area. Every event from bridal showers and baby showers, to Baptism and First Eucharist celebrations is an opportunity to work closely with my clients & their unique preferences.

The Foundation
2018
The idea for Cookies by CJ started as a dream that seemed too far-fetched to even attempt. After pondering what I wanted my future career to look like, I decided to really invest in this idea of mine & start from the ground up! I've always loved baking and spreading love through the things I create, and realized custom cookies were the perfect outlet. My goal is to reach even just one person through my love for detail, design, gift-giving, and creativity.
Throughout all the career exploration I’ve done over the years, I’ve whittled it down to this one main goal: whatever I do, I want it to be done for the greater glory of God.
Because of this philosophy, I’ve especially loved creating cookies for celebrations of the Sacraments: Baptisms, First Eucharist celebrations, weddings, etc… You name it! My Catholic faith is the most important part of who I am, and I hope I reflected that in my work through Cookies by CJ.

When I’m not baking cookies, you can usually find me hanging out with my sweet husband, leisurely wandering the aisles of Target, or curled up with a hot cup o’ joe (anytime, anywhere).
